what is the rumbling noise on ford ka reg 2000?

the noise worsens and gets louder when the car is moving and on an uneven surface, it is coming from the front passenger wheel
anybody any ideas?

What Baz said could be correct, but the noise would be worse on left hand bends if your car is UK right hand drive.

could be a wheel bearing . if it is, it will probably get louder on right hand bends because it will be under more load.
