Oko Lavamat 72640 update - E60 ?

The washing machine stops mid-cycle and the lights flash on and off.
There is also a message on the display 'E60' i've looked in the manual and it only refers to messages 'E10, E20 or E40'.
Any suggestions as to what this could be???
