i tried to restart it but its still the same i have to get it fixed

Try pressing ctrl + alt and pressing the up arrow.

Hold down your ctrl-alt and one of your arrow keys at the same time, this should solve your problem. Press either the left hand key or the right hand key depending on which side of the screen it has moved to.
