My De Dietrich oven (model FM4827U21) often will not turn on and the clock/timer displays error code "Er3". I have been able to get it working again sometimes by turning the control knobs until the clock comes back up but it's getting harder. Is something stiff/stuck in the timer or do I need a new one?

Top oven light does not turn off, the oven is not getting hot and the fan does not come on. Could you help and point what the problem is?

The oven model number is de Dietrich 02 13 01328 I think?
