Baxi 105E Combi Boiler?

Had a repair done to my boiler. All fine and dandy, but the engineer has left an advice notice, Meaning not urgent but would be nice to get it done. For The (NCS or MCS) Blow off Term. Its a little below standard. his writting not to good cant tell if its M or N.

Any help would be appreciated on this? Can it be easily done? Or like most jobs is it gonna cost an arm and a leg to get fixed.

if its blow off termination then it could be the piece of copper pipe outside is sticking straight out like a pea shooter like ---- or could be __

when it should be pointing back to wall like ]

either way its just the engineer covering his back in case ayone was injured by it and you said well no-one told me :0)

1 or 2 elbows depending on whats existing and maybe a piece of pipe.
