if freezer is iced up it might be caused by the drain being blocked , if water cant get out it just freezes forming more ice. fridge relies on air flow from freezer .I recommend that you melt all ice ,remove all plastic covers inside freezer so you can see coil and drain hole make sure you melt all ice and make sure there is good flow out drain .
