How do I unlock my San Disk SD HC memory card on my phone?

I have had a San Disk 4GB Micro SD HC for a while and I use it in my Nokia 5610, but recently I got a new phone but it's still a Nokia 5610. Except this phones asking me for a password whenever I try opening the memory card and I don't know the password. How do I fix this? Is there a default password?
