Tricity Bendix(TM551) heat circulation problem?

I have just replaced the capacitor on my Tricity Bendix TM551 dryer and it is turning without a problem now, HOWEVER, there is no hot air circulating through the drum??!!I've tested the element for continuity and it's ok as is the thermostat. The element is heating up and the fan on the motor is spinning ok.All the vents and hose is clear and I'm running out of options! Please help before I go mad!!

The other thermostat does not exist ck. The drum is a sealed unit! Ain't got a clue where to go next...ANYONE any suggestions?

I've looked all over the top of the drum ck and can't find this other thermostat...is it on the drum itself or the main dryer body above the door?

Your help is invaluable

I didn't know about that one ck...will try it tomorrow and post back if I get continuity for further advice. If I find it 'open' then happy days as I couldn't think of anything else other than the timer itself!!

Thanks again ck

Have you checked the thermostat inside the front of the drum?.Hold a mirror inside the drum and look up the top behind the door opening.Held in with 2 pozi screws and a coverplate.all thermostat contacts should be normally closed
