how do i get punto heater working?

the heater is not working at all on my fiat punto x reg the fan does not work at all...not sure if it is matrix or something else

Hello there I assume you have looked at the fuses etc, I had this problem with my 2003 punto and found that the connecting wire behind the heater had come apart, I put them back and it has worked ever since, may be worth a look
