BOSCH CLASS1XX 1200S DOOR WONT OPEN?

the door will not open and you cannot hear it release the inner catch to allow you to open the door. I have checked the strainer which was clear. Also the washer appears to be empty.

switch it off at the mains for about 5 mins then it should open you might need a new door lock not very expensive
