Does anyone know hoe many turns to turn the two screws on the top of the Ry?

I struggle to start my 31cc Ryobi lawn trimmer engine and think that it may be carburation as the spark plug is wet when I remove iot after trying to start it. Does anyone know what the two screw are for at the top of the Ryobi carburettor and how many turns you must turn them in order to be able to start the engine. Can anyone help?

do not change them unless you are sure that they need touching..it will do more harm than good..it sounds to me that the unit needs a profesional to clean the inner flywheel contacts..that means take the unit apart clean then re assemble..not an easy job for the un profesionals to take on..you will need specialist tools and the knowledge also..
