This has happened to me a few times now. There is a wire thermostic 'thingy' called an FFD above the burner which has burnt through. I have had replacements from Gas on Spares Ltd tel 0121585 7799. Their order code A091664, description FFD SOL AUTO RM110 G-MET. Last year it cost £65 + £6.50 handling charge + VAT - total £84.10. The other thing is why did it burn through? The 3 times it did for me, in both ovens, was because the actual burner (where the flames come out of) had split and flames were coming out of places they should not have been coming out of and thereby burning ther FFD. Check this out when you replace the FFD. If this is the case, you need a new burner assembly too, or it will just burn out the new FFD again. The trouble is that, on my Rangemaster anyway, the burner assembly is now obsolete and I could not get a replacement. I took the burner assembly to a proper welder, who welded the split and it has worked fine for the last year.
Hope this helps and good luck.
