Hi Mick, it depends on what service schedule your car is on if you can reset the service counter yourself! this is the method to try:- Ignition off, press and hold in the button next to speedo, switch ignition on button still in (not start) display will show "service" in trip display, release button, turn the button by rev counter to the right to reset the display, switch ignition off.
If this method does'nt work it means your car is on a "longlife" service schedule and the service interval can olny be reset with the correct diagnostic equipment
