basically, replacing suspension springs usually involves removing the suspension leg (strut) & then compressing the spring, using spring compressors. this can be very dangerous if using basic spring compressors (threaded bar with hooks on either end)due to the amount of tension which modern springs are under.unless you are confident and know what you are doing, then don't touch it.
