This model is NOT sold in the US market--so I'll assume that it is a STEAM option model.
If this dryer is a STEAM model---make absolutely certain that the exhaust vent from the rear of the dryer-to-the-exhaust outlet outside of the the home is clear and not obstructed in any way.
If the exhaust vent system is clear---a manometer pressure test may be necessary to check if there is too much back-pressure in the vent system. Particularly in long-length vents or vent tubing that has too many 90 degree turns.
A vent system with excessive back-pressure can force moisture to leak at the dryer door when a steam option is used.
