Feeding a dog?

I've had my machine apart (Singer overlocker - see previous question) and adjusted the foot to the highest possible position but it still won't feed. There's no obvious way of making other adjustments. Please help!

The teeth should only be just above the needle plate and no higher, if you slacken the screw on the teeth under the machine and move the balance wheel towards you slightly keeping the teeth still and then tighten the screw and test, it is not easy, if you can't do it then it will mean a shop adjustment unfortunately.
