Husqvarna 750 cut off saw ?

saw starts easy and runs well, but when you tilt saw forward it starts to bog down then stalls, you can level saw back and finger the trigger to catch it befor it stalls but as soon as you tip again starts to stall. starts easy after stall.

Never heard this on a power cutter before, is this an oil guard machine? it is obviously carb related, is it possible the fuel hose is cracked, and moving the machine allows the crack too open up, does this only happen at idle? I will give it more thought.
