how do I get an object out stuck between the drums?

My Beko WMA 7655 WHICH HAS BEEN VERY RELIABLE HAS JUST THIS MORNING STARTED TO MAKE A NOISE THAT WE HAVE IDENTIFIED AS BEING SOMETHING BETWEEN THE DRUM AND OUTER CASING HOW DO WE REMOVE THE OBJECT?
