Cannon 10505G Oven flame low!?

Cannon 10505G 2002 Model
My over ignites but flame will not increase, what is the suspected fault, could this be the oven thermostat?

Thank you

when i say gas off i just mean dont have the oven on lol

cooker fsd - small flame heats torpedo shaped phile which contains vapour, vapour expands with heat opening bellows which pivot and allow more gas through to increase burner rate.

could be fault on bellows or associated parts depending on how your model works and another simple one is torpedo can become dislodged and move away from flame or something from cooking could be blocking burner slightly and stopping flame heating phile. clear as mud :-)

pop ya head in with a torch and make sure phile is where it should be in flame path and make sure nothing is covering the burner. i hope i dont have to stress the "make sure the gas is off fact" if all seems well, id ring a appliance engineer quoting model and the fact you believe the oven fsd has failed shut and stays on low flame. be quick or that turkey will never cook
