My boiler will be 5 years old in January, every year since it has been fitted, around this time [when you need it most] the system fails to produce hot water & I get a leak from under the boiler, so far, I have had the diaphram replaced, the expansion vessel pumped up, and various other things done, I am currently awaiting to spend my xmas money on another visit from a gas fitter [cold showers are no good !!] anyone else having these problems

I have the same problem, and the repair man tells me the boiler is rubbish never any hot water for a bath so ive just fit myself a shower so i will not have to depend on it , just need an electrician now to wire the shower up.
