I recently had to move our washing machine Hotpoint WMA56 , prior to this it worked perfectly. Now it fills with water and starts the cycle, but when I return to the machine, it has emptied the water, but the "pre wash" light is flashing and the wash light is on (ie it has not got as far as the rinse) and the clothes are still wet.Can anyone help please?
