When we use our Triton Opal electric shower, cold water pours from the pressure release valve at the bottom. The shower itself still works, but obviously with far less water - and you're standing in a puddle of cold water.

Is this something that's easily fixable, or do I need a new one?

had it myself its the ball bearing in the valve if hose is kinked or head blocked ball pops out and down the drain fit new valve and all will be ok
