select any wash cycle after 30 sec wash and drying lights come on together and remains there any ideas for a fix

The pump could be blocked, remove the right hand side panel of the hotpoint dishwasher & at the bottom is the drain pump, remove the pump from it's housing spin the pump impellor and run your finger inside the housing to make sure no objects are jammed in the housing, themn reassemble & i think your problem will be solved!
