if its a intermittent fault then it wont be a fuse, it could only be that if it was not working all the time.
if it sometimes works and sometimes dont its likely to just be a loose connection/bad earth or the actual unit is fault in which case yu can pick up asimple and easy to wire one from somewhere like halfords for a 5r
