my maytag refrigerator is not cooling but the fan is running?

2 days ago my fridge was not as cold as is usually is, so we turned the dials up a little bit. Now my fridge is not cooling at all.

Hello,

If the compressor is running and the both fans (condenser and evaporator) are working check to make sure you are getting proper airflow into the fridge side when the fridge is running.
