That sounds like it is comming out of one of the core plugs, which unless the plug has corroded through (not uncommon) but with that engine it's more likely to be headgasket failure/ cracked bore liner. If is just corroded, the plugs are cheap & easy to replace, but if not you are looking at a large rebuild cost or even a replacement engine!!!
