How do I install an SE554R cooker in France?

I have bought my SE5546R Tricity Bendix Electric Cooker over to our house in France, but my electrician won't install it, as there is no info relating to the wires etc inside the back of the cooker, in the manual. Please help!!!!

look closely inside the connector box on the back of the cooker (use a torch).they are usually marked up 'L','N' and an earth symbol or 'E'
