I just replaced my ink cart and the prinitng is very fuzzy?

I just replaced the ink cartridges and I have tried to align the pages, clean the heads etc and still my printer is printing in mostly blue and very fuzzy

You havent said what type of printer and if you are using the manafacturers original cartridges or second hand refilled ones or compatibiles in the case of epson printers.
