how do i fix my beko wma510w?

it starts the program and after a few mins it just switches it self off and if you press start again it emptys it self and starts all over again please help thanks

switch on.press and hold the start switch in for 5 seconds.let machine do whatever and wait for end and ready light to come on.now select a new program and see what happens
