Zanussi washer dryer model WJS1265W

When I switch the machine on it does not register when I press the buttons for the cycles, then it will recognise what
I have done. It will start the cycle to wash after a minute or two the sign comes up E90 and then I have to press buttons to activate the machine. Sometimes when the machine is working the display window goes blank.

sounds like a loose connection.there is a blue wiring loom with 5 wires that goes from the main pcb to the display pcb.normally bad connection on the display pcb end.clean and crimp connections and hopefully it will get rid of the E90 fault code.this also could be a faulty display pcb or main pcb if the above doesn't work
