Belling Coutrychef turn grill on trips the circuit breaker?

My Belling cooker seems to be gradually malfunctioning on each electrical element. Initially when switching the electric grill on the mains electric would trip but this was intermitent - so stopped using the grill.
Now the oven on the opposite side to the grill has tripped the mains electric however we can't even reset the electric if the cooker switch is on. thinking it was the house electrics I disconnected the cooker cable and turned cooker switch on and nothing tripped the mains electric so is definately a cooker fault.
We can only used the 8 gas rings no electric linked to cooker now.
Has anyone had any similar issues with the electrics on a Belling country chef have checked the connection links on back of cooker as suggested in Q&A on this site but they do not look heat damaged at all.
