hi folks I have a problem with my belle150 electric cement mixer it turns when its empty but now wont turn when it has any weight in it.You can turn it freely by hand and theres power to it.To start it before you had to help it on its way with a little push.Really like to fix it for sentimental reasons but not really sure where to start.So any tips advice help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance

I don't know this model but if it has an induction motor (brushless) then there will be a capacitor across the motor.if these fail or go weak it will not rotate without help or under load.
