Check every magnet on the rotor. A hairline fracture of any magnet will cause an LE error.
I have seen two different cases of wire damage at the wire loom near the base of the washer---directly under the motor. Usually the wires are wrapped with white tape--remove the tape and fully inspect the wiring.
Follow the wires from the motor to the main board to rule out any damage elsewhere.
If a new Hall Effect Sensor has been installed---be extra careful not to break any of the *tabs* that secure the Hall Sensor to the stator. Broken tabs will cause the sensor to scrape against the rotor---damaging it.
