difficult starting in cold but once started runs well inaccurate temp guage petrol guage and speedometer readings the speedo needle flickers and stops anywhere but the zero its also flicks up the scale when turning ignition on

my speedometer has stopped working. I have a 1999 Opel Zafira (living in France). Could it just be a simple fault such as a fuse?? Thanks
