I'll assume that you have a NO DRAIN problem and possibly an "OE" Error as well.
On most LG washers---there's a small removeable door at the front/lower left side of the washer.
Remove this door and pull out the small black tubing. Using a bucket or pan---drain the water from the washer through this tube.
(Use care not to pull the small tube fully out or extended--this will *crimp* the small drain tube and water will not drain from it).
After the water has fully drained--re-install the small plug into the tube. Place an old towel under the strainer cap and unscrew the strainer & remove. Check for debris such as clothing and remove.
Re-install the strainer and test the washer---if the washer still does not drain---it will be necessary to call an authorized LG servicer to inspect the drain motor for debris or damage.
