In My Sigmatel T99i GSM mobile, Sim 2 shows "Invalid Sim" please help me?

For last week in the above mobile phone Sim 2 is not activating my sim and shows "Invalid Sim" instead of running another sim. I have no repairing shop for chinese mobiles in my area. please help me to get rid of this problem.

Your SIM2 is having invalid or non-genuine IMEI number. DoT and TRAI, the mobile control authorities of India have banned all illegal IMEI numbers. Sorry but it cant be repaired as of now, unless they decide to reopen GII Centres where they repair it for 200Rs.
