fusebox if I recall ,located behind small panel near your right knee .once taken off, picture on rear of panel defines correct fuse positions,check or replace .If still having probs it may be the wiper stalk very common on fiesta,escorts.Simple to replace ,but source from scrap yard replacement. try confirm its not also faulty. good luck.
