helo i have a worcester 240 gas boiler and when switched on and hot water tap on gas fires up for about 5 seconds and then stops no hot water comes through tap at any time when the hot water only button is on the central heating pump is running and if the big screw on side of pump is taken out no water comes out of pump is this normal thanks

Worchester 240 boiler ,all looks fine press the boiler boost button the 250 fuse blows or the rcd trips.
