Outlook Express Problem?

I presently have 13 E-Mails to receive. As the eighth mail comes in, the Send/Receive box locks up. I believe this particular E-Mail (No 8) is in some way corrupted, and causing the problem. Since it has not been fully received, I cannot delete it. If I reboot the computer the same problem recurs time & again.
I have contacted my provider who say it is not their problem and cannot help

Can you access you mail via a website? Your provider may have the facility to browse your inbox via their website. If they do you could delete the problem email without downloading it.

You can also try http://mail2web.com/
This website will enable you to login to your email account. Once in, delete the problem email.
