Our machine is always getting coins jammed in the drain hole - mostly 50c coins. After paying a technician twice we attempted to fix ourselves. No problem - found 4 coins jammed - 2 look like they have been there a while ( last technician visit was only 4 weeks ago). BUT we also found 2 metal disks, similar size to 50c coin but with a hole in the centre and 8 holes around this. They look like parts to the machine?? A bit rusted and worn badly around edges. Any ideas??
