I need a blow up picture of the machine interior or a diagram to identify access to the brushes on the motor.

Brushes are on the motor - the motor is impossible to miss - the two brushes are fixed to the case of the motor and have little wires running to them. The are at right angles to the main axis of the motor and are positioned 180 degress from one another close to the bearing at the end remote from the pulley.
