9 h.p. B&S Pressure Washer has fuel in the oil. Why?

I have a model 01905 9 h.p. B&S Pressure washer 3400 psi 3.2 gpm. It's second hand so who knows but I am checking the oil and it is spewing out and under closer inspection I see that the oil is diluted with gas. Where is that coming from? Part number and location? Anything would help.

Carb needle and seat attaches to the float is leaking, not stopping the fuel.. could be water of trash in the fuel, could be ( not knowing the float material) float could be brass and has a small hole, remove bottom of carb. carefully checking float to see if is brass then cheching ( if it is) having fluid in it, replace it... if it plactic, replace fuel and needle and seat kit.. available at most all repair centers...
