what does the code E40 mean when displaed on my zanussi jetsystem 1400. Can't find instruction book anywhere.

This code doesn't appear in your manual.I had this with my Zanussi.I had to get a Zanussi engineer out as the memory had gone on the machine.My machine " forgot "what it was supposed to be doing and kept starting again.It had to be a Zanussi engineer to replace this part. He was quick,efficient and the part was cost price but still expensive.
