This has been floating around the internet and it has worked (at least for a little while). Form a seal with your lips around the button and blow on it. make sure your mouth is dry or the whole thing is useless. Unfortunatly, it doesn't seem to fix the problem permenantly, so you may want to look for more technical ways. In the event of that, you'll probably need a triwing screwdriver, which you can get at nintendorepairshop.com for about 6$.
