If you have six buttons, hold and press together 1st and 2nd buttons (starting from the left) then press the buttons on the right +/- to change the time.

When this happens to my oven - 5 buttons below the clock window - I cycle the power off and on to get the clock to flash and then set the time - any time will do.

I press and hold in buttons 2 & 3 from the left and set the time with the buttons on the right ±

It works for me - yours may be similar.
