is there a history of this error on this series of machines, I have one that errors on start up

this error code relates to the fuser unit and shuts the copier down as a safety mesure, open the front cover, unlock and slide out tray 1 and check the fuser for paper, it will need the error clearing in service mode to reset it, I suspect an heating issue may be the cause but try to reset first
