there is a reservoir in the back with a float which operates a microswitch and stops the machine and puts on the bottle full light.it could be the micro switch need adjusting or reservoir needs defluffing or if it is one of the models with a drain pump motor it could be to do with that not working.Lid off.left side panel off as you look from the front.all bits at the bottom towards the back
