I have the same problem with my Renault Megane, Problem getting access to the care and then gettin g the key to allow the engine the to start up. Went to a Renault dealer and they said it would cost £175 to get a new key but that was no guarantee that the new key would operate the engine and if that happened I would not get my money returned to me!Is that the way RENAULT work? Would never purchase another Renault.
