No heat in Citroen Xantia(blower works)?

Citroen Xantia R reg. Athena 1.9TD A/C. No heating. Blower works. Had control panel apart and it seems that 'hot and cold' is controlled electrically as can find no cable attatched to this control. Heater matrix pipes not getting hot.Any idea what prob may be? Thankxs.

I had to replace the thermostat on mine seem to work fine now!!!

you may have a blockage in the cooling system, try some radiator flush and see if there is any difference
