I have had the same problem. Eventually after about 4 engineers and none of them having a clue what the problem was I printed out a copy of the service manual - just googled in the name of the boiler and the manual should be there. After reading I discovered it MAY be the PCB board. Got the engineer back he checked it and it was. Now haven't had any trouble for about a year - but due to recent cold weather I have increased the temperature and the radiators are now making banging noise - have purchased a radiator key and will try and bleed them tonight!
